Vanity Case

Name: Chanel Vanity Case Medium
Brand: Chanel

Catalogued June 2026

The Chanel Vanity Case is a small structured top-handle bag descended from the boxy cosmetic and travel cases Gabrielle Chanel carried decades ago, reissued in various quilted leather forms across modern collections. It has a firm rounded or rectangular body, a top handle or chain, and often a mirror inside, blending a beauty-case shape with everyday carry. Versions range from tiny round vanities to larger vertical cases, most in the house's signature quilted lambskin or caviar. It appears as both a recurring named style and seasonal variants.
